The religious use of statues and images is part of our Catholic life. We use it to recall the person or thing depicted. Just as we carry with us photos of our loved ones in our wallet, so these statues remind us of our heavenly family. Statues are also used as teaching tools. In the early Church, statues were especially useful for the instruction of the illiterate. There are passages in the Bible where the Lord even commanded the making of statues. An example is found in Exodus 25:18-20 where the Lord asked for the Israelites to make two cherubims of gold. Other passages include 1 Chronicles 28:18-19, Ezekiel 41:17-18 and Numbers 21:8-9. More than all these, we can say that God made Himself visible in the form of Jesus Christ.

It is in this light that we offer to you RogateTM. Through these beautifully crafted statues of Our Lord, the Blessed Virgin, the angels and the saints, we hope that you and the people you give them to may draw closer to our heavenly inheritance and destination.
